16 valve Zetec S engine, giving livley performance yet still extreemly economical, these are among the cheapest cars to maintain insure making them very popular with the first time buyer as well as the housewife as second car, and the more mature driver, especially this, the higher spec Freestyle version, ........ Fiestas in average condition , are quite common, But in this condition do not come along as often in this price/age range. The bodywork is bright and shiny with only the smallest of unavoidable marks, as can be expected on any car of this age, with no signs of corrosion etc..... an honest, unmolested and well cared for 7 year old car. The inside is extreemly clean, with no stains, rips , holes or cigarette burns and shows almost no signs of wear at all, (typical of previous lady owners ) in very original condition. Mechanically the car drives without fault , the gearbox and clutch work smoothly, the steering is light and precise, brakes sharp and responsive, all exactly as they should be. There are no nasty noises from the engine which is smooth and responsive, starts first time and shows no smoke or oil leaks. The Alloy wheels and tyres are all very good, and we will be carrying out our usual pre sale check/inspection to ensure the mechanics meet our exacting standards, ensuring everything is in servicable condition,with no excessive play in steering joints , wheel bearings, or suspension components etc and nothing is in need of imminent attention, or unexpected expence for the new owners. To complete what would equate to a major service, the engine oil and filters will be changed, and condition of spark plugs etc checked and changed if reqd. (we have checked and the cam belt is not scheduled for replacement for a further 40k miles ) There is still some Mot and tax untill end of August with the vehicle so could be driven away immediatly as long as you can cover the insurance. Overall this is a very very nice example of this ever popular car, a real little gem with the economy and manuverability of a small car but with the added touch of luxurious creature comforts .

If the only thing you have to appologise about is the price, then you havent got a problem, and I am certainly not appologising for the price of this car as I know , especially in this condition, and properly prepaired, as this one is, sell for at least Glass"s Guide book price, and we are asking well under book, so be quick, before someone else grabs it .

As with all of our cars, they are prepaired to high standards, and may appear slightly more expensive than some small traders , however, we pride ourselves that with our years of experience, they are in as good, or better condition than the majority of similar traders or home sellers dealing in this price range, and consiquently , they will work out better value buys in the long run with little or on forseable extra expences.
Although , like all car sales , we are open to negotiation,we feel this car is worth every penny of our asking price and any offer must be VERY CLOSE to buy it.

*If you are buying a first car, (or any car) I would always offer this piece of advice, ....... whoever you buy from, be it me, another dealer or private sale,....
that it is best to consider the whole deal, how well has the car been prepaired, have any pre-existing faults or niggles been rectified etc, the car that is offered at the cheapest price may not be the cheapest car in the long run.
Ask questions as to the condition and when such things brakes and suspension were last inspected, when the oil change and cam belt if it has one, is due, or if it has had, or going to have a propper service and/or saftey check by a reputable/qualified mechanic.
These are the points where the unexpected and unwanted supprises and expences can occour if not attended to proir to sale.
